The Marketing Manager for the European Market will drive marketing initiatives to align with business objectives. This role involves developing business plans, marketing strategies, and new product launches while ensuring competitive pricing and effective promotion.
Salary: THB 90,000 - 110,000 (base on qualifications & experience)

Key Roles Responsibility:
Launch and manage marketing initiatives to support business goals.
Develop comprehensive business plans, marketing strategies, and calendars for new product development.
Implement national promotions to boost sales volume and expand the customer base.
Create effective promotional campaigns, communication channels, and advertising programs for new products.
Conduct value analysis with the purchasing and finance teams to ensure optimal cost-to-sales ratios.
Monitor competitors and pricing to maintain competitive and customer-friendly pricing.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports to the marketing director.
Provide sales forecasts to the planning department for efficient stock management.
Manage databases for both new and existing products.
Analyze the market and competitors to implement proactive strategies.
Regularly visit and engage with customers to understand their needs and apply insights to marketing strategies.
Key Qualification: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have at least 13 years of marketing experience in the processing business and a minimum of 5 years in team management, specifically within the food industry. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Songkhla and possess good communication skills in English.
